Hi, I am Neha, the heart and hands behind Neha Varma Label. My journey began in childhood, watching my mother embroider with such patience and love. Those quiet moments, the rhythm, the colours and the textures coming to life in her hands, sparked a fascination that has stayed with me ever since.

That early inspiration led me to design school in India, where my first hand embroidered collection received the Best Embellished Award of the year. It was a small but meaningful reminder that I was meant to create with my hands.

Life took a beautiful turn when I moved to Ireland after getting married. Surrounded by so many adorable babies and inspired by the warmth of this country, I felt a strong pull to bring the art of embroidery into the world of babywear. I wanted to introduce the richness of handmade textures into pieces that offer comfort, sensory warmth and a level of artistry that machines simply cannot replicate.

What began as quiet embroidery in my living room soon became something much bigger. Families embraced the softness, the intention and the personal touch behind every piece. Their love and trust transformed a dream into a growing brand, one handcrafted garment at a time.

I work with natural materials, especially premium cotton knits, chosen for their breathability and gentle comfort for delicate baby skin. By designing with longevity in mind and embracing ethical sourcing and sustainable practices, Neha Varma Label ensures that every piece nurtures both the earth and the communities behind it.
